Who we are

Data we process
We process account data (name, email, organization), the documents and quality evidence you import, customer claims and corrective actions, quality indicators, and your exchanges with the assistant. Documents and the search index are scoped to your organization and your site — never mixed across customers.
Legal basis and purpose
We process this data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of your consent for optional communications, and to meet our legal obligations. No data is sold to third parties.
Hosting and subprocessors
Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, within the European Union (Sweden). We use Clerk for authentication, and Mistral AI and Azure OpenAI to process documents and power the assistant. Every subprocessor is contractually bound to comply with the GDPR.
Retention period
Your data is kept for the duration of your subscription, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after termination, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to support@qoomply.com, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We only use cookies strictly necessary for the service to work (session, language, theme) and one technical cookie set by our authentication provider. No advertising or third-party tracking cookie is set.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any material change will be notified by email or by a banner on the site.
